I do believe we all have Guardian Angels that watch over us. Believing is to simply ask for their guidance.
Each Angel is one of a kind. What is so special for me is the face of my Angels. I have pulled a mold from a vintage set of Bookends belonging to my Grandmother. As a child I was always tempted to pull these from the shelf to get a better look. It took 43 years for that to happen. These were one of her cherished items and no one was allowed to touch.
The body of Angel is an ornate cast iron leg from a wood burning stove.
Her wings a single skate (dated 50's)
Her scarf, a found crochet block.
Her halo, an old bent funnel.
Her face, casting from bookend.
